1. Where is Baby Belle based?
Baby Belle has its head office in Cape Town, South Africa.

2. Do you deliver throughout South Africa?
Yes! Baby Belle operates countrywide and delivers anywhere in South Africa.

3. Is delivery included?
Delivery is not included. Baby Belle will quote separately on delivery costs as these are dependent on the size of the order as well as client location.

4. Does Baby Belle ship internationally?
Yes! We can ship to any location worldwide.

5. Does Baby Belle have a shop I can visit?
Yes! Come and visit our flagship store at Shop 1A, Cavenard Building, corner Vineyard and Cavendish Street, Cape Town, 7700

6. How do I purchase Baby Belle products if I do not live in Cape Town?
You can buy our standard ranges from our online boutique. Should you require a custom order you can contact us on info@babybelle.co.za. 

7. Does Baby Belle offer a gift registry?
yes we do, you can either set up your gift registry online or in our Cape Town boutique.

8. How do I return an order once it has been delivered?
In the unfortunate event that you are not 100% satisfied with your order you can return it to us in its original packaging and we will gladly replace or refund the product. Please read our returns terms. Custom orders cannot be returned.

9. How long will my order take to be delivered?
We have a lead time of 6–8 weeks, on furniture orders and imported linen ranges if they are not in stock. Standard stock items will be shipped the following business day. Custom orders will be confirmed on placement.

10. What are Baby Belle’s payment terms?
We have various payment options. If you are purchasing standard stock items full payment is required on placing your order. If you are ordering furniture and lead time items we require a 50% deposit and balance before dispatch. Any custom and furniture orders are to be paid via EFT. Due to our POS system operating on a different model to our retail boutique, a 3.5% credit card fee will apply should you wish to pay via credit card in our store. Please be advised we do not accept cash deposits.
All online purchases can be paid via credit card or our accounts department can manually invoice should you wish to pay via EFT.
